These Terms govern your access to and use of the BLACKFRAME platform ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for members of the BLACKFRAME community who have been invited or have independently chosen to participate. You confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency-related activity in your jurisdiction, that you are of legal age to enter into binding agreements, and that the funds you deposit are your own and obtained through lawful means.
BLACKFRAME is a private capital-tracking and copy-trading platform operated for a closed community. When you deposit funds, your capital is pooled and allocated across trading positions at the sole discretion of BLACKFRAME administrators. Returns credited to your account reflect the performance of these positions, applied manually by administrators based on actual trading outcomes. The Platform is not a bank, a licensed exchange, a licensed investment fund, or a regulated financial institution, and nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as an offer of regulated financial services.
Trading cryptocurrency and leveraged derivatives carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of deposited capital. Prices are highly volatile and can move sharply against open positions. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Historical or displayed performance — including any figures, charts, or community results shown on the Platform — does not guarantee, promise, or imply any future results. You should only deposit funds you are fully prepared to lose, and you acknowledge that trading decisions made on your behalf carry inherent uncertainty that no individual or platform can eliminate.
Deposits are made to the network address displayed within the Platform at the time of your request. It is your sole responsibility to send funds using the correct network and asset exactly as instructed. Deposits sent via an incorrect network, to an incorrect address, or in an unsupported asset may result in permanent and irreversible loss of funds, for which the Platform bears no responsibility. All deposits are subject to manual review and approval by an administrator before being credited to your account balance; this review may take time and is not instantaneous.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the destination address or exchange identifier you provide. The Platform is not liable for funds sent to a destination that you supplied incorrectly. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on administrator availability, network conditions, and the volume of pending requests.
Percentage returns applied to your balance reflect your proportional allocation to specific trading positions, as determined by administrators. Returns may be positive or negative and directly reflect real trading outcomes, including losses. The Platform does not promise, warrant, or guarantee any fixed, minimum, or recurring rate of return under any circumstance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your PIN and any linked authentication method (including Google Sign-In). You must notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials that were not appropriately safeguarded by you.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, attempt to access another member's account or data, interfere with the operation of the Platform, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the movement of illicitly obtained funds.
To the fullest extent permitted, BLACKFRAME, its administrators, and affiliated persons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, network or transaction errors, delays in processing, or third-party service interruptions (including exchange, blockchain network, or messaging service outages).
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the Platform operates. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
